Purchased by the Rumbleys in August 2007, the People's Bank Building is still in the process of being restored/renovated. Once the original tenants had vacated, renovations to the ground floor front spaces began in October 2007. Here are a few photos of the spaces that became the Downward Dog Art Gallery and Rebecca Rumbley's Art Studio for the period July 2008-September 2009.
